- SHALOM is perceived as a platform for growth, both economically and socially and taking all section of society towards prosperity.
- Quite a few members of the women SHGs have expressed that they feel the change from within after joining our network. We too feel that is our real success in
        our interventions.

- Banks have come forward to fund the SHGs for IGAs and bank linkages are created.
- Instruments of Intervention namely SHGs are approaching the government for information on government schemes and making programmes accessible
        to the communities.
- More the vibrant SHGs more the vibrant villages.
- SHGs are closely working with the Village key leaders
- SHG members are helping each other in the time of sickness, natural calamities, etc.
- Women in our focused areas are becoming integral pat of solutions to new and continuing global challenges including rising food prices and climate change.
- Gender equality and women's empowerment has gained importance as instruments of poverty reduction.
- Women are becoming key to address the household food security.
